Kontodaten (E-Mail-Adresse); Tierdaten (Name, Amicus-ID, Tierart, Rasse, Geburtsdatum, Foto, Angaben zu Wesen, Allergien, Medikamenten und medizinischen Hinweisen, Versicherung und Hundesteuer); ungefährer Standort (nur wenn du ihn teilst, für Gassi-Partner/Betreuung, auf rund 1 km gerundet); sowie Nachrichten von Findern (Name, Kontakt, Nachricht und optional Standort), wenn jemand ein als vermisst gemeldetes Tier meldet.
Wir verarbeiten diese Daten, um den Dienst bereitzustellen: digitale Tier-ID, Verloren-Modus, Gesundheitserinnerungen sowie Community-Funktionen. Grundlage ist die Erfüllung des Nutzungsverhältnisses bzw. deine Einwilligung.
Wenn du ein Tier als vermisst meldest, werden ausgewählte Angaben und das Foto über einen QR-Code/Link OHNE Login öffentlich sichtbar, damit ein Finder helfen kann. Deine Telefonnummer wird dabei NICHT veröffentlicht; Finder erreichen dich nur über sichere Nachrichten in der App. Markierst du das Tier als gefunden, werden diese öffentlichen Gesundheitsdaten wieder entfernt.
Die Daten werden über Google Firebase (Authentication, Firestore, Hosting) verarbeitet und auf Servern von Google gespeichert. Google handelt dabei als Auftragsverarbeiter.
Deine Daten bleiben gespeichert, bis du sie löschst. Ein Tier zu löschen entfernt dessen Daten samt Impfeinträgen. Du kannst dein Konto samt allen Daten jederzeit direkt in der App unter „Konto löschen“ entfernen.
Wir verkaufen deine Daten nicht. Finder-Nachrichten werden an den Tierhalter zugestellt. Eine Verarbeitung erfolgt durch Google als Infrastrukturanbieter wie oben beschrieben.
Du hast das Recht auf Auskunft, Berichtigung, Löschung sowie Einschränkung und Widerspruch der Verarbeitung. Wende dich dafür an datenschutz@petalp.ch.
Deine Sprachwahl und deine Einwilligung zu diesen Dokumenten werden lokal in deinem Browser gespeichert. Es werden keine Werbe- oder Tracking-Cookies eingesetzt.
Wir können diese Erklärung anpassen. Das Datum der letzten Aktualisierung steht oben.
Mit der Registrierung und Nutzung von Petalp akzeptierst du diese Nutzungsbedingungen.
Petalp bietet eine digitale Tier-ID, einen Verloren-Modus, Gesundheitserinnerungen und Community-Funktionen. Der Dienst befindet sich in der Beta-Phase; Funktionen und Daten können sich ändern, vorübergehend nicht verfügbar sein oder zurückgesetzt werden.
Du bist für die Richtigkeit deiner Angaben und für die Sicherheit deiner Zugangsdaten verantwortlich.
Keine rechtswidrige, missbräuchliche oder belästigende Nutzung; keine falschen Verlustmeldungen; respektiere die Privatsphäre anderer Personen.
Du bist für deine Inhalte (einschliesslich Fotos und Gesundheitsangaben) verantwortlich. Die App ersetzt weder die offizielle AMICUS-Registrierung noch einen Tierarzt oder behördliche Pflichten.
Der Dienst wird wie verfügbar und ohne Gewähr für ständige Verfügbarkeit oder Fehlerfreiheit bereitgestellt (Beta-Phase).
Soweit gesetzlich zulässig, übernehmen wir keine Haftung für indirekte oder Folgeschäden aus der Nutzung des Dienstes.
Du kannst die Nutzung jederzeit beenden und deine Daten löschen.
Es gilt schweizerisches Recht, soweit zwingende Bestimmungen nichts anderes vorsehen.

This app (Petalp, beta) is operated in Switzerland. For privacy questions: datenschutz@petalp.ch.
Account data (email address); pet data (name, Amicus ID, species, breed, date of birth, photo, temperament, allergies, medications and medical notes, insurance and dog-tax details); approximate location (only if you share it, for walking buddies/sitters, rounded to roughly 1 km); and finder messages (name, contact, message and optional location) when someone reports a pet marked as lost.
We process this data to provide the service: the digital pet ID, lost mode, health reminders and community features. The basis is the performance of the user relationship or your consent.
When you mark a pet as lost, selected details and the photo become publicly visible via a QR code/link WITHOUT login, so a finder can help. Your phone number is NOT published; finders can only reach you through secure in-app messages. When you mark the pet as found, this public health data is removed again.
Data is processed through Google Firebase (Authentication, Firestore, Hosting) and stored on Google servers. Google acts as a data processor.
Your data is kept until you delete it. Deleting a pet removes its data including vaccination records. You can delete your account and all data anytime directly in the app under “Delete account”.
We do not sell your data. Finder messages are delivered to the pet owner. Processing by Google as the infrastructure provider takes place as described above.

Your language choice and your acceptance of these documents are stored locally in your browser. No advertising or tracking cookies are used.

To the extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
You may stop using the service at any time and delete your data.
Swiss law applies, unless mandatory provisions require otherwise.

Lorsque vous signalez un animal comme perdu, certaines informations et la photo deviennent publiquement visibles via un QR code/lien SANS connexion, afin qu'une personne puisse aider. Votre numéro de téléphone n'est PAS publié ; on vous contacte uniquement via des messages sécurisés dans l'application. Lorsque vous marquez l'animal comme retrouvé, ces données de santé publiques sont supprimées.
Les données sont traitées via Google Firebase (Authentication, Firestore, Hosting) et stockées sur les serveurs de Google. Google agit en tant que sous-traitant.
Vos données sont conservées jusqu'à ce que vous les supprimiez. Supprimer un animal efface ses données, y compris les vaccins. Tu peux supprimer ton compte et toutes tes données à tout moment directement dans l'app via « Supprimer le compte ».
Nous ne vendons pas vos données. Les messages des personnes qui retrouvent l'animal sont transmis au propriétaire. Le traitement par Google en tant que fournisseur d'infrastructure a lieu comme décrit ci-dessus.
Vous disposez d'un droit d'accès, de rectification, d'effacement, ainsi que de limitation et d'opposition au traitement. Contact : datenschutz@petalp.ch.

Quando segnali un animale come smarrito, alcune informazioni e la foto diventano pubblicamente visibili tramite QR code/link SENZA login, affinché chi lo trova possa aiutarti. Il tuo numero di telefono NON viene pubblicato; ti si contatta solo tramite messaggi sicuri nell'app. Quando segni l'animale come ritrovato, questi dati sanitari pubblici vengono rimossi.
I dati sono trattati tramite Google Firebase (Authentication, Firestore, Hosting) e archiviati sui server di Google. Google agisce come responsabile del trattamento.
I tuoi dati restano archiviati finché non li elimini. Eliminare un animale ne rimuove i dati, inclusi i vaccini. Puoi eliminare il tuo account e tutti i dati in qualsiasi momento direttamente nell'app tramite «Elimina account».
Non vendiamo i tuoi dati. I messaggi di chi ritrova l'animale vengono recapitati al proprietario. Il trattamento da parte di Google come fornitore di infrastruttura avviene come sopra descritto.
